SUSTAINABLE FUNDING & CAPACITY

Establish sustainable, diversified funding to support IHSTS's long-term operations and optimize the use of human resources to accelerate the impact on health system transformation.

Amid growing financial and system pressures, IHSTS must adopt sustainable strategies by innovating revenue generation and improving resource management to ensure long-term stability.

The main objectives are to create innovative revenue-generating strategies, such as collaborative funding tables where partners with shared priorities can co-invest. IHSTS will also pursue partnerships with both non-profit and for-profit organizations to open up new funding streams and increase collective impact.

In addition, the organization plans to launch demonstration projects, including think tanks, hackathons, and policy labs, which will address key system gaps and attract diverse funders.
